Quicken 2005 for mac

I'm no shopping for new banking software and/or I may just try my older version again. I'm really frustrated at what appears to be a half baked approach to supporting Mac users. It is really frustrating and calling the barely English speaking Quicken Tech Support is no help, especially when they want to charge you $24.00 for the call to fix, what I am almost certain, are there issues.

4th, it tells me there are unaccepted items in my download window, but I have no way to get to that windoe and it did not appear (as it should of) after my latest download. 3rd, I get a no new transactions notice when I KNOW there are tons since my last download.

2nd, my bank's download options only work when I choose the Windows file format options and fail when I choose Mac. Is it me, or is Quicken 2005 for Mac buggy as all heck? For example, it asks me to register online every single time I use it, even though I had registered.
